DESCRIPTION
Aircraft Fire Detection System Connector cleaner. This material is suggested by the manufacture as the preferred cleaning solvent for use with Hermetic Connectors. D-5695NS is totally non-ozone depleting. The product delivers an uncontaminated, ultra-filtered stream of methanol to the exact area desired. It has been successfully utilized in avionic stops for general cleaning of connectors, PC boards and miscellaneous parts cleaning
D-5665NS is the prime choice as a replacement for our D-5625 (Freon TF) in avionic applications.
APPLICATION
Use D-5695NS to ensure mating connector is clean and dry prior to installation. Spray connector liberally and allow to dry, or accelerate drying with D-5605NS Vapor-Duster. Not for use on activated circuits due to flammability.
FEATURES
The use of D-5695NS will assure quick delivery of uncontaminated ultra filtered methanol (methyl alcohol) to exact area desired. Pinpoint accuracy is available with use of the extended tube fitment.

DESCRIPTION
D-5665 NS is the most recent addition to our CFC-free contact cleaner line. Unique, it exhibits zero ozone depletion, total non-flammability and is a safe and effective cleaning agent on a variety of substrates. D-5665 NS is extremely useful in and around activated circuits where flushing and fast drying are essential. D5665 NS will readily solubilize and remove the toughest fluorinated greases, yet it releases zero VOCs.
APPLICATION
D-5665NS can be sprayed directly into problem areas to loosen, lift and flush away light deposits of undesirable oils, greases and oxide build-up. The propellant system and active ingredients are non-flammable, VOC exempt and highly efficient, guaranteeing complete evacuation ofthe contents with steady and reliablepressure(even when inverted). For heavier duty degreasing applications we recommend evaluation of our D-5645 or D-5671 NS.

DESCRIPTION
D-5652 is an environmentally sensible hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC), designed to replace CFCs, PFCS and other HCFCS in a variety of applications. It's selective solvency and physical properties makes D-5652 ideal for precision cleaning, drying and defluxing of high sensitivity parts. D-5652 is thermally stable, nonflammable and has a substantially lower global warming potential (GWP) than PFCS and HFCS. D-5652 has an extremely low ozone depletion potential, (ODP of D-5652 = 0.03 vs. HCFC 141b = 0.11).
APPLICATION
D-5652 is an excellent CFC replacement for a variety of cleaning processes such as instruments, electrical connectors and switches, APU kits, bearings and oxygen system equipment. We always recommend pretesting D-5652 on sensitive plastics, acrylics and polystyrenes and on elastomers, like urethane or silicone rubber, before production uses.
FEATURES
D-5652 is nonflammable, nonexplosive and non-injurious to metal, paint and varnished surfaces, as well as most plastics and elastomers. D-5652 has nearly identical characteristics as CFC-113; excellent permeability due to it's low surface tension and a short drying time. D-5652 will solubilize may of the fluorinated and perfluorinated greases like Krytox and Braycote 806.

DESCRIPTION
 D-5640NS was specifically developed as an alternative to chlorofluorocarbon (CFC), chlorocarbons, alkalies and petroleum solvents for precision metal cleaning in the automotive, arerospace, and general fabrication industries. D-5640NS contains no chlorine and, therefore, does not contribute to atmospheric ozone depletion. D-5640NS is biodegradable and has very low toxicity. Also, it is non-alkaline and eliminates hazards often associated with caustic cleaners.
APPLICATION
D-5640NS was designed especially as a manual cleaning alternative where fast drying and no residue are required. In these applications, D-5640NS is usually applied as a spray or hand wipe, and then either wiped dry or blown dry with compressed air. Available in bulk as ZC-640.

DESCRIPTION
Zip-Chem D-5605NS provides an environmentally ozone safe, clean, dry, compressed gas based on the new HFC chemistries. An exceptionally pure, low moisture inert gas which is expelled at a high velocity, removing paticulates without the use of harmful solvents.
APPLICATION
Excellent for lenses, optical equipment, photo negatives and film, magnetic tape, recording equipment, tape heads, precision instruments and devices. Vapo-Duster's portability lends itself for use in manufacturing as well as field service.
FEATURES
D-5605NS delivers 120 PSI in a seamless 12 oz. can that features a wider push-button valve for uniform control. This valve has been specially developed to reduce condensation moisture. Zip-Chem also takes extra steps to further reduce moisture by utilizing low moisture bulk containment tanks on site at our filling facility.
