DESCRIPTION

Zip-Chem D-5603NS is a very effective aid in locating defective components in electronic and avionic circuitry. Environmentally and ozone safe, D-5603NS is provided in Dot-E-9393 accepted 12 oz. aerosol containers with extension tubes for pinpoint application. This product contains no CFCs or HCFCs and is completely non-flammable, so it can be used on energized circuits.

APPLICATION

D-5603NS is used as a troubleshooting aid for intermittently faulting capacitors, resistors, semiconductors and other defective components. It can also be used to provide heat sink protection for components during soldering and desoldering operations. Other non-electrical industry applications are the freezing of biological specimens and heat shrink fit assemblies.

FEATURES

Electro-freeze will reduce surface temperatures to -60° Fahrenheit. The portability of this product lends itself to manufacturing as well as field service use. We employ a specially developed valve and tip assembly to reduce condensation moisture and assure ease of delivery. Zip-Chem also takes extra steps to reduce moisture by utilizing low moisture bulk containment tanks on site at our filling facility.

Sur Prep 5673 Contact Cleaner is a completely non-ozone depleting formulation (no CFCs of HCFCs). This multi-functional azeotrope is ideal for use on electronic components and energized circuits. Sur Prep 5673 is very effective in solubilizing a wide range of soils and surface contaminants, and is non-flammable. Sur Prep 5673 is ideal for use as a defluxer.

APPLICATION

Sur Prep 5673 can be sprayed directly into problem areas to loosen, lift and flush away heavy deposits of undesirable oils, greases and rosin solder flux residues. The propellant system and active ingredients are non-flammable and highly efficient, guaranteeing complete evacuation of the contents with steady and reliable pressure (even when inverted). For applications involving sensitive plastic or rubber components we recommend D-5665NS or SurPrep 608.

Sur Prep 5650 is a fast evaporating, general purpose, cleaning and degreasing agent containing n-propyl bromide. It has been formulated to quickly penetrate and remove the toughest soils and contaminates. Sur Prep 5650 is a non-flammable, VOC-exempt cleaner that can be used to replace HCFC-141b cleaning applications.

APPLICATION

Sur Prep 5650 is safe for use on all metal surfaces. This product is not recommended for use on acrylic, polystyrene or polycarbonate substrates. Sur Prep 5650 is used to remove dust, fingerprints, oil, grease, and other contaminants. Sur Prep 5650 will clean the surface and not leave a residue.
