DESCRIPTION

D-5480NS Graphite Dry Lubricant is a colloidal graphite dispersion in non-flammable, non-toxic chlorinated fluorocarbon solvents. The aerosol application of Zip-Chem D-5480NS Graphite produces an extremely tenacious dry film of fine particle size graphite on the surface to be lubricated.

Dries rapidly at room temperature. Minimum pre-treatment necessary for high surface adherence. Does not contain grease, wax or silicone. Stable film at continuous temperature of 400°F and up to 850°F for limited periods. Extremely good properties for plating non-conductors.
