DESCRIPTION

Zip-Strip™ 125 was designed specifically for removal of wet, waxy and/or dry film CIC's (corrosion inhibiting compounds). The material is water rinse able and is very effective even after short dwell time. The product is extremely effective on a wide range of aviation soils such as MoS2 grease, hydraulic fluid, wax and carbon deposits. The product can be used throughout the airframe without concern for damage to paint, sealants, or acrylic surfaces.

DESCRIPTION

Jet-Brite 550 aircraft polish is specially formulated to clean, remove oxidation and restore luster to aluminum and painted surfaces in a one step process. It contains no abrasives or corrosives. There is no need to use harsh compounds that can scratch and dull fine finishes. It contains no wax, silicone or polymers that can cause post operation coating problems.

APPLICATION

Apply Jet-Brite 550 to small sections with a soft cotton cloth or buffing wheel. Rub lightly and the removal of oxide and carbon buildup will be very visible. Use a clean, soft, cotton cloth or buffing wheel to remove the paste while moist. Buff to a high luster finish. Excellent results can be obtained on leading edges, spinners, windows, galleys, lavatories, hardware and carbon stained areas. Application of Jet Brite 550 over new paint should be done only after all solvents have been allowed to volatilize and the paint has fully cured. Please consult your paint supplier for guidelines on full cure.

FEATURES

Jet-Brite 550 is impervious to fuels, oils and hydraulic fluids. It will leave no residues or foreign matter on the substrate. Due to its nonabrasive formulation it can be used safely on bare metal painted surfaces, fiberglass, plexiglass and molded plastic. Jet Brite will impart an oxide resistant finish when properly applied.

APPLICATION

Apply AN-2001-P to the aircraft surface with a suitable applicator. The polish is then allowed to dry to an infinite haze and wipe off with a clean cloth or towel. The polish may be used with a mechanical buffer, if desired.

Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Do not get into eyes. Do not ingest. For eye contact, flush eyes with clean water for 15 minutes, consult medical help. For ingestion, consult medical help immediately.

Calla 8050 is a ready-to-use, environmentally safe, non-solvent alkaline cleaner. It is a completely non-toxic heavy duty cleaner specifically designed to clean the build up of soils and contaminants found in the wheel and flap well areas. The product is safe for use on all aircraft substrates and coatings. An unthinkened version of Calla 8050 is available as Calla 805

FEATURES

Calla 8050 is a thickened alkaline cleaner designed to provide excellent "cling" to vertical surfaces. Application can be made with standard pumping equipment for spray, or by mop if necessary. Allow a few minutes for penetration before rinsing area with water or steam. The unthickened version of Calla 8050 is available as Calla 805, and is suitable for use as a general purpose cleaner and can be foamed for dwell, or used @ 4:1 to 20:1 cut with water depending upon application.
