FEATURES
Free of grease, wax, silicone or graphite. Reduces friction, prevents seizure, galling and scoring. Is non-carbonizing above 400° Fahrenheit. Carrier volatilizes without carbonization leaving behind a residual lubrication film of molybdenum disulfide. Non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-gumming and water insoluble. Contains aromatic anti-oxidants for elevated temperature stability.

DESCRIPTION
Zip-Chem D-5263NS Aircraft Cable Lube and Rust Preventive is a special formulation consisting of a blend of oils conforming to MIL-VV-L-800. D-5263NS is a general purpose, low temperature, water displacing preservative oil used as a lubricant and rust preventive for general Aircraft applications including cables. This product was designed to provide maximum life to all aircraft cables. It can also be used with excellent results on small guns, machine guns and precision machine parts.
APPLICATION
Originally established as a cable lubricant for cargo door hinges and door cable lubrication. However, actual application appears to be in areas such as: pylon bearing cleaning prior to lubrication and lubrication of safety blocker installation on DC-10 tail cone work platform. (Some DC-10 applications required by FAA AD notes).

DESCRIPTION
D-5261NS is a special formulation of oil conforming to MIL-L-7870 and propellant, creating a very effective cleaner and penetrating lubricant. Penetrates tight parts (ie: heart strands of cables) and deposits a rust preventive lubricating film. D-5261NS provides excellent resistance to oxidation, protection against rusting, and limits galvanic corrosion.
APPLICATION
Used on aircraft flight controls, engine, and landing gear cables, pulleys, pressure seals, cargo hoist cables, cargo restraining system components, door interlock actuating mechanisms, slide mechanisms, hinges, and static joints.
FEATURES
A very unique characteristic is that it can be used in all industries for short term part protection as well as a cleaning lubricant in confined areas (ie: lock mechanisms).

DESCRIPTION
D-5100NS is a high quality lubricant and anti-stick agent composed solely of a colorless pure silicone fluid. D-5100NS is an odorless material that retains excellent electrical properties and high temperature oxidation resistance inherent in silicones.
APPLICATION
D-5100NS is a release agent for molding of plastics or rubber and paper manufacturing. Lubricates dissimilar metals, plastics and plastic-metal combinations. Anti-stick agent for heat sealing equipment, packaging and gluing equipment, conveyors and food processing equipment. D-5100NS will reduce friction on faces of irons and work surfaces where cloth is handled. Prevents freezing of door locks and rubber weather stripping.
FEATURES
D-5100NS has a temperature range from -60 to 600° Fahrenheit. It is non-staining to fabrics, and will not harm metals, plastics or painted surfaces. Because of its low level of toxicity, D-5100NS can safely be used around the home or plant without fear of any undesirable physiological effects.
